Fill in the details — a Property NFT is minted to your wallet. Guests pay ETH rent on Robinhood Chain; the NFT transfers to them for the rental period, then returns to you automatically. Editing a listing means burn + re-mint.

Protocol fee: 1% of every rent payment is retained by the $RENTOOLS vault. Chain: Robinhood Chain (ID 4663). To change a live listing you must burn its NFT and mint a fresh one.
You keep the NFT until a guest rents it.
